Using Stencils to save disk space for art.
« on: January 06, 2014, 10:33:53 PM »

I am kinda too busy to fully work this out, so please no weird questions okay?

When you have little to none disk space left but have the cycles and memory space, try this trick in your demo sometime.
Make some stencils like circles, bars and elipse, and use those free cycles to draw a image using the blitter in block move mode.
It is something that is used too little.

The quality of the picture depends on the artist and the number of stencils available to them.

In AmosPro it's done with http://aminet.net/package/dev/amos/ArtCoder.  The example pictures in the SlideShow.AMOS are nice for 32-color images and only a few KBytes each!
