People there got hurt by development I do not want to get their hopes up.
And Neither would I like to be added to that darn list of people who let others down.

For instance I am not even sure if i finish my project if it would be something that I could release into the open and free market as a product.
Hence I announced it as hobby project because i do not see this as something i want to make money on.

What i do consider is that everything I create with the help from people here be available freely on this forum.

Copper functions are 90% done just need something to test border cases where things normally break on the classic.
I have shifted my work towards display registers and it's control

My least favorite part of an project documentation.

Does anyone has a preference of which part should be documented first?

I vote for graphics because that part is most visible to the users and they can imagine it. Documentation of DMA is very interesting for a technician but less obvious for a user/average person.

Documentation? Do you have hardware already where it can be used?

I've received a request to document how to use my extension.
This can be done in parallel with further development and refinement of my VHDL code.

PS: It never was my intent to release hardware, only code.
